   After breakfast onboard, explore the remarkable archaeological sites on Luxor's West Bank, home to the royal tombs and funerary monuments of ancient Thebes. * Valley of the Kings: Explore the royal burial ground where numerous pharaohs of the New Kingdom were laid to rest. Discover the richly decorated tombs and learn about ancient Egyptian beliefs concerning the afterlife. Entry to certain tombs may require an additional ticket. * Temple of Queen Hatshepsut: Visit the impressive mortuary temple at Deir el-Bahari, built into the limestone cliffs. Admire its terraces, colonnades, and architectural design while learning about one of Egypt's most notable female rulers. * Colossi of Memnon: Stop to photograph the two enormous stone statues that once guarded the entrance to the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. After the tour, return to your cruise ship for lunch and some time to relax. Enjoy dinner onboard and your final evening on the Nile cruise.
