How do I book and how much is the deposit?
Send a booking request with your dates and we confirm availability and the final price, usually within 24 hours. Multi-day trips and cruises need a 50% deposit to confirm, with the balance due before you travel. Day tours and shore excursions are paid in full when you book.
What if I need to cancel or change my trip?
Day tours, desert trips, shore excursions, transfers and car rental are free to cancel up to 24 hours before the start. Packages and Nile cruises are free to cancel more than 30 days before arrival (except non-refundable supplier costs), 50% of the price from 30 to 15 days, and 100% within 15 days. See our cancellation policy page for the full terms, and talk to your planner first: we will always try to move your dates before you cancel.
